At Ritzy, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Please read our Return Policy carefully:

General Guidelines for Returns

  • We accept return requests placed within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests after this period will not be considered.
  • Products purchased during any sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized and altered products are ineligible for return.
  • Jewelry is non-returnable. However, if an incorrect or damaged item is delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange.
  • Orders shipped to addresses outside India are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Instructions

When returning a product, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact, and must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Use the original packaging to protect the product during shipment.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt by emailing contact@ritzystyle.in or contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 33 4061 2440.
  • Once your return request is approved, it typically takes 5–6 working days to complete the process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply under the following circumstances:

  • Items not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

While all orders undergo thorough quality checks, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us at contact@ritzystyle.in within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • For returns or exchanges due to damage, email us with the subject line: RETURNS. Products returned without prior email communication will not be accepted.
  • Ritzy must be informed of your intent to exchange within 3 days of receipt, and the return must be completed within 15 days.

Hygiene Policy

For the safety of our customers and team, we adhere to a strict hygiene policy. Please check the “Shipping” tab on the product page to verify whether the item falls under this policy.

Refund Options

You can choose between two refund options:

  1. Store Credit: A store credit of the same amount, valid for 1 year, for future purchases on our website.
  2. Bank Refund: A refund to your bank account. To process this, please provide:
    • Name
    • Account Number
    • IFSC Code
    • Bank Name and Branch Name

Refunds are processed within 14 days after a successful reverse pickup.

Sale Items

Products purchased during sales are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as processing delays may occur.
  3. Reach out to your bank for confirmation of the refund status.
